A Japanese delegation at Saint-Nazaire construction site

A delegation of 25 Japanese key leaders involved in wind power generation has recently visited Floatgen's construction site at Saint-Nazaire harbour (France). Professor Chuichi Arakawa, leader of this delegation, as well as the other members have witnessed the progressing of the floating foundation's construction. Afterwards, the delegation has attended the FOWT conference in Marseilles.
